Programs window. Here you can define how WideCap will proxify applications. WideCap can proxify only listed applications or just whole system. If you wish for example to proxify only Internet Explorer your steps will be same as it was the FreeCap (See Adding new profile)

However the Widecap is naming "wide" because of ability proxification the whole system. Click on the radio button "Whole system" and choose the system wide rule. If no rules exists - you can create new one by pressing the button from the right side of the rules combo.
If you need to proxify whole system, but some applications should have direct internet access - just click on the radio button "whole system except programs above". Of course in this case you need to define these applications.
